EPsychologist and Special Educator, Fernando has made a career in education. He has designed and facilitated leadership programs for young people in areas of social risk. The programs in which Fernando has contributed are sustainable to date and have made an impact in the communities of youth.
In addition, driven by his conviction in the impact that the development of women has, he worked in the Women’s Office of the Municipality of Jocotenango, designing and executing development programs. Fernando has been a facilitator for several years within the Association for Leadership in Guatemala.
Among other methodologies, he has trained as a practitioner of the Art of Hosting movement to facilitate Social Technologies for collaborative leadership, and also Dragon Dreaming. Additionally within ALG Fernando collaborates on the design of customized programs that other organizations request.
