Originally from Jalapa, she currently lives in Guatemala City where she volunteers for two institutions: Instituto para el Desarrollo de la Eduación Superior en Guatemala (INDESGUA) and Instituto Centroamericano de Estudios Sociales y Desarrollo (INCEDES), where she contributes contributes with research and writing about social issues such as civil strengthening and migrant families, among others.
As a sociologist, my interest is to promote collaborative work initiatives for the development of Guatemala.
