Originally from Patzité-Quiché, Miriam lives in Santa Cruz del Quiché where she currently works at World Vision in the Puentes-Oportunidad project of education, employment and entrepreneurship for young people from 15 to 24 years old. She has also participated in academic activities of Consejo Latinoamericano de Ciencias Sociales (CLACSO), on youth issues.
Work alongside people in a genuine way, learning from the wisdom of each of them. Leadership along with assertive communication gives learning of a valuable process for human development.
