Mariela is the Director of Caja Lúdica Association. She works with young people and adolescents in the vindication of the game and the community art for the recovery of the social tissue.
As a leader I am constantly seeking to enrich my knowledge, to learn new ways of leading with an entrepreneurial spirit and passionate about social transformation through art and culture. Now more than ever we must begin with ourselves to re-learn, challenge ourselves and refresh our own systems.
