Originally from Sololá, Evelyn is currently working for the Consejo Nacional para la Atención de Personas Con Discapacidad (CONADI), promoting the social inclusion of people with disabilities, and advising, coordinating and promoting actions that lead to the fulfillment of the rights of all people with equal conditions.
