Lucia has a degree in Law, with a Masters in Market Law and Competition. She was Legal Counsel to one of the largest non-profits in Antigua where she offered support and information for low-income families as a legal counselor within the organization. Her career started as an administrative assistant in a variety of NGO’s. Within ALG she has been trained as a Restorative Practitioner, and has received certification in Non-Violent Communication through Bay NVC San Francisco, US and a certification in Empowered Voice by University of Colorado. she is also a participant in the international movement Art of Hosting, from which she received her formation in Collaborative Leadership.
She collaborated on the logistics design of the operations of Asociación para Liderazgo en Guatemala since its founding and is presently the Manager of Logistics and Administration. Lucia also facilitates sessions in the Certificate in Leadership and Collaboration.
