He is a Judge at the Community Peace Court in the Judicial Branch. Nicolás works assisting people in the administration of justice in their mother Mayan Language, resolving with judges according to the customs with equity and according to the general principles of right. His work guarantees access to justice for the population, in search of peace and social harmony.
As leaders we must communicate effectively and above all be able to understand people and their behaviors. I want to continuously improve for the benefit of my community.
