Leadership is the key to positioning the program in my position at the organization. Specially focused on management that can make aimed at improving living conditions of other women. Collaboration is based on communication, agree and optimize resources, working together. I wish for my country: better standards of life (education, health, etc.) in rural communities, especially from the exercise of their human rights.
