Resides in Teculután, Zacapa. Hector works at the National Council for the Attention of Persons with Disabilities, where he promotes and guarantees the effective fulfillment of the human rights of persons with disabilities in the departments of Zacapa and Chiquimula. Héctor works as a Disability Policy Promoter Technician in Zacapa and Chiquimula, coordinating institutionally with different organizations so that people with disabilities have a dignified, autonomous and independent life.
