From Nahualá Sololá, currently works as a teacher and coordinator in a local school with youth called Pastoral Juvenil and with the organization Uk´u´x Tinamit.
Leadership is to direct: take the group to their goals. Collaboration is the free practice of the technical and theoretical knowledge that one person has. I wish for Guatemala that the people grow in their community and municipality, trough people as agents of change. That people make the change, beginning from their home.
